Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for the Tech Lead (Flexible hours, Remote) to join our growing team.

As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for all things technical, including frameworks, code base, integrations, and testing, and will play a key part in taking our mobile application to the next level. The initial version of our native iOS app is already developed and launched on the App store. While this is an individual contributor role to start, the ideal candidate will be excited about taking on managerial responsibilities over time and growing into an executive leadership role as we scale.

Summary Of Main Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D team. 

• Oversee the company's data, security, maintenance and the network.

• Implement the company's technical strategy and manage feature roadmap.

• Ability to work cross-functionally while maintaining focus on R&D.

• Oversee the technical side of app development in all phases.

• Act as a technical advisor when needed.

• Support the global expansion strategies from the technical perspective.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies and software development best practice and apply as appropriate.

Desired skills and mind-sets:

• Demonstrated mobile application development experience or skills.

• Knowledge of at least one or more programming languages : HTML5, Objective-C, Swift, C++, C#, React and Java.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure Amazon Web Services preferred.

• Customer centric attitude.

• Cross-platform capabilities.

• Minimum level of data expertise.

• Interest in sports and technologies or sustainability and environment.
